Tech fans now have another release to look forward to as Acer has just announced their plan to launch the new smartphone called Liquid Zest Plus in the United States. The launching is already scheduled to happen in July.

According to reports, the new addition to the wide variety of Android's smartphones will come out in the market with an unlocked Long Term Evolution or LTE technology. It has a 5.5-inch screen with a 720-pixel resolution display system. It will also have an impressive 5,000 mAh battery and will be rolled out with a pre-installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

The specs under the hood might not be as impressive as the ones found in leading smartphone brands such as Samsung and Apple, but it also has a much cheaper price compared to them.

According to the report, the Liquid Zest Plus will run on a Media Tek chipset quad-core Cortex-A53 processor. It will also have 2 GB of RAM, 13 MP main shooter that is said to have a "tri-focus" system, and a 5 MP selfie camera. The device will get 16 GB of onboard storage capacity and a mono speaker.

According to Android Police, tech observers may not find the specifications of the phone impressive but its battery feature is definitely a huge factor why consumers will choose this smartphone.

The Liquid Zest Plus will have a starting price of $199 as soon as it hits the US market in July. According to reports, other countries will have a different price tag for the smartphone. Europe, Middle East and Asia will have the phone at €199 or around $220.

Meanwhile, Acer is said to have another laptop coming in the North American market later this year. However, the company has yet to provide the official details with regard to the release. As of the moment, fans must stay tuned for more information about Acer's new products including the Liquid Zest Plus.
