During the recently concluded Google I/O Developers Conference, the American search engine giant has given a preview of what fans can expect from their next mobile software. However, the company did not announce its release date leaving fans in a guessing game again.

Nonetheless, the latest confirmation from HTC gives fans hope that Android N could be on its way. According to the Taiwanese based smartphone maker, the Android N 7.0 update will soon be available for HTC 10, One M9 and One A9. Users of these devices will soon be able to see what is in store on the new Operating System.

HTC took to Twitter and posted the exciting news to its followers.

"Life is about to get a little sweeter. Android N will be coming to the HTC 10, HTC One A9 and the HTC One M9."

Meanwhile, fans expect great features on the upcoming Android N. According to the reports, the software will offer more easy to use options and quick access tabs. It is said to also give users the opportunity to choose from the color options when using the Google keyboard apart from its usual black and white theme.

Rumor has it that the new Android N Operating System will debut on a Nexus device that is said to be built by HTC. Although Google has not announced it yet, tech observers believe that the big release will happen in October. As soon as Google roll out the new software, Android users should be able to update their OS immediately.
