Game developer Treyarch has recently announced that a new update will be released on June 14 for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3." Following the revelation from the company, a rumor has sparked all over the Internet that several DLCs for the game will be launched in the next few months.

The rumor emerged after a report from VideoGamesBlogger indicated the list of projects for the game developer, along with their release dates. One of the projects includes a DLC for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" that is said to be launched in August 2016.

Crossmap supported the alleged rumor by reporting that the expansion is listed under DLC Map Pack #4, which will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. According to the publication, PlayStation 4 players can start downloading the content on August 2, while Xbox One and PC players can get the expansion on Sept. 1.

There are also reports saying that game publisher Activision may provide solid details about the rumored DLCs at the ongoing Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016. However, many fans are still waiting for that to happen. According to Yibada, the best possible time for the DLC to arrive will be after the E3 event.

According to some game observers, the next DLC pack for PlayStation 4 will be launch on June 21. PlayStation 4 players can play the game exclusively for a month before it gets launched for Xbox One and PC players on July 21.

Meanwhile, the new 1.11 update has already been released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC players. It added another feature to the game call contracts for the multi-player mode. According to reports, gamers can be mercenaries in the game as Blackjacks.

As for the new DLCs, fans will have to wait for the company to provide more information about it.
