Rumors about the development and release date of "Final Fantasy 7 remake" have been all over the Internet for quite some time now. The game was expected to showcase the ongoing Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3. The event has just started and fans are not disappointed following the announcement of game developer Square Enix that the game is currently in the works.

During Sony's E3 Conference presser, Square Enix revealed the "Final Fantasy 7 remake;" however, they admitted that the game is still far from being done. Unfortunately for the fans, the company has yet to provide specific details with regard to its release date.

Many fans are also hoping that the game will become the highlight of Square Enix's E3 Conference presser. However, several tech observers highly doubt that the company will showcase the highly anticipated game. Apparently, Square Enix has several games to focus on as of this moment such as "Final Fantasy 15, "World of Final Fantasy" and "Hitman."

Nonetheless, fans are pretty positive that Square Enix will surprise many players at their press conference by giving out solid details regarding the remake of "Final Fantasy 7."

It has already been reported that the remake will come out as a different game from the original title. According to reports, "Final Fantasy 7 remake" has already adopted a new system such as the real-time battle. However, the game will be quite similar to "Final Fantasy 15," which is already scheduled for a release in September.

Meanwhile, many fans are wondering if "Final Fantasy 7 remake" will also be available on Xbox One. Tech observers are predicting that the game will certainly have an Xbox One version since the remake is no longer exclusive to PlayStation 4.

As of the moment, fans will have to wait for more announcements from Square Enix with regard to the "Final Fantasy 7 remake."
