Action-adventure series "Legends of Tomorrow" is now ready to start production for season 2. And as expected, spoilers are all over the web. The latest to hit headlines is the one that executive producer Marc Guggenheim teased via his Twitter account.

Posted last weekend, Guggenheim tweeted a photo of some of the stars of the series gathered in a long table and seemingly getting ready for a read-through. It came along with a caption that read: "Legends of Tomorrow. Season premiere table read..."

Familiar faces featured in the photo include Dominic Purcell, Victor Garber, Brandon Routh, Franz Drameh and Caity Lotz. But what was really noted by the fans in the photo is an actor whose face was pixelated. It seems like it's a cast member that Guggenheim doesn't want to reveal yet. Fans are already making their own speculations though.

Among the popular guesses for the new cast member are Tyler Hoechlin from "Supergirl" and Matt Ryan from "Constantine." Hoechlin played as Clark Kent in the season 2 of "Supergirl." And though some may think that Superman's universe is different from the one in "Legends of Tomorrow," it's possible that he will still make an appearance through Waverider's capability to travel through dimension.

Meanwhile, Ryan's character, John Constantine, already appeared in season 4 of "Arrow" so it's also possible that he is the mystery cast member. But since there is no official reveal yet, fans will just have to stay tuned to find out who will be joining "Legends of Tomorrow" in season 2.

A new villain is also expected to be unveiled soon. The first season main villain, Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) was defeated in the final episode. A new one will come but there is no word yet on who it would be. However, it is teased that unlike the first season, the second season villain will be slowly introduced. The show is planning to add some mystery to the mix.

"Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 will premiere on Oct. 13 on The CW.
