Game developer Bandai Namco recently unveiled the trailer for "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" Road to Boruto DLC.
During the Tokyo Game Show 20016 event, Bandai Namco finally revealed the trailer for the upcoming expansion to "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4." In Road to Boruto, players will control the character of Boruto Uzumaki, as they experience the events from "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" through a story mode. The latest DLC will expand the game with new playable characters including Boruto and Sanada, a side story featuring the adventures of Boruto and the battle between Kinshiki and Sasuke, along with brand new locations in the Hidden Leaf Village to explore. Moreover, the new playable characters can be used either in offline or online Free Battle Mode.
According to reports, Bandai Namco has also announced that the upcoming expansion pack will have 13 language options for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms. The DLC will include four dubbed languages: Japanese, English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.Additionally, there will also be several subtitle options including French, Italian, German, Russian, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Arabic.
The company will also release a brand new packaged box for the video game. Aside from the copy of the base game "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," it will include the previous DLCs as well as the latest expansion pack. The set costs $49.99, but gamers still have the option of purchasing the Road to Boruto DLC on its own.
Meanwhile, fans grew concerned when reports claimed that the game will only be available for the PlayStation 4. Despite the claims, however, there has not been any proof that "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will no longer be released for Xbox and PC platforms.
The "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" Road to Boruto DLC will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on February 3 for $19.99.
