If the rumors are to be believed, fans will be happy to know that "One Punch Man" season 2 could actually be a couple of episodes longer than the first season.

There are reports going around that "One Punch Man" season 2 will have 12 episodes so that multiple arcs can be featured, making the new season meatier than the first one.

The anime debuted to critical acclaim last year and as viewers continue to delve more and more into Saitama's world in "One Punch Man" season 2, more stories about the strongest hero in face of the planet will be told.

While on that subject, Saitama's title of being the "strongest" warrior is expected to be challenged in the new season of "One Punch Man" since he may finally meet someone that could match his strength.

Saitama has extremely missed the excitement in battles. Since his enemies usually get knocked out after a single punch, he started to long for the thrill of a real fight with a worthy opponent.

His search may finally be over in "One Punch Man" season 2 with the rumored arrival of Garou, the only person so far that could last in a full-on brawling session with Saitama.

Saitama may not be fazed with meeting a strong opponent and might even be happy to have finally found the fighter whose strength will actually make for an intense tussle.

With that said, fans can expect Saitama's fights will be a little longer and more intense in "One Punch Man" season 2, especially with the rumor that Garou is just one of the stronger fighters that will challenge Saitama.

With regards to the premiere date of "One Punch Man" season 2, it is expected that the new season will premiere this fall. However, there has been no confirmation about this yet.
