At the "Pokemon Go" panel in Comic-Con, Niantic teased the fans that there is a lot more to expect in the game that has already taken the whole world by storm. The gamers can expect several upgrades on the present contents in the game.

iDigital Times reported that "Pokemon Go" has no way to go but to expand its current world. As the new mobile game explores the first generation of Pokemon that catapulted the franchise itself to fame, it is a no-brainer that Niantic would be planning to add the Generation 2 Pokemon on the next game update. Also, the fans can also expect that some legacy Pokemon in the game will be receiving a new evolution, adding to their present line of evolving.

It was revealed by Niantic founder himself, John Hanke, during the Comic Con event last Friday that the players can expect more cool stuff hitting the mobile gaming app in the coming weeks by implementing the huge update. Hanke revealed that Niantic is planning to introduce a new batch of second generation of Pokemon characters in "Pokemon Go," in addition to the original 151 Pokemon present in the game.

Another possible feature in the next "Pokemon GO" update presented by Niantic at the event is Pokemon breeding, although Hanke said that it is something that the Niantic are still discussing whether they should include it in the game or not. The other possible addition to the game is the customizable Pokestop, where the players will be allowed to enhance or change the functions of a particular Pokestop

Niantic has made history with the release of the mobile gaming app "Pokemon Go" this month. It suddenly became the most downloaded gaming app in Google Play and the Apple Store, not to mention millions of players that are easily hooked up by the latest augmented reality (AR) gaming app. It gave players the opportunity to collect their own Pokemon by roaming around the vicinity of their area like a real Pokemon trainer.
