'Real Housewives of Atlanta' update: Cynthia Bailey splits with husband; Kenya Moore breaks up with boyfriend Matt Jordan

Relationships are not always a breeze and that has been the case for some of the stars of the reality TV show "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

According to a report by The Daily Dish, Cynthia Bailey and her husband of six years, Thomas, have decided to call it quits. Bailey confirmed to the publication that she and Peter Thomas have already separated. Many hoped that the two will work things out after watching them struggle through their relationship in season 8. A video of Thomas speaking closely to another woman surfaced and it greatly tested their marriage.

The two decided to move forward and keep their relationship going but some things don't last and that includes Bailey's romantic connection with Thomas. As of now, the reality TV couple are just trying to figure things out and find answers to what's next for their relationship. The two now live apart with Bailey residing in Atlanta while Thomas stays in Charlotte.

"I am definitely taking some time to myself to figure out how I want to move forward. I don't want to rush into anything, so I think this time apart is good for us," Bailey stated.

She also mentioned that even though she does not know where their marriage will head to, she is confident to say that she will always love Thomas. There is no decision yet if they will end up in divorce or not.

On the other hand, it's not just Bailey who recently went through a love turmoil in "RHOA." TMZ detailed that her co-star Kenya Moore also finally ended her relationship with boyfriend Matt Jordan after experiencing verbal abuse and a rocky vacation with him.

According to the outlet, someone close to the couple said that Bailey and Jordan got into a huge fight while in Mexico for Memorial Day. Jordan was said to have been violent during their stay in the hotel wherein he kicked and broke the hotel door while in a dispute with Moore.

There's been no confirmation from the couple, but as Entertainment Online noted, Jordan revealed via an Instagram post that their breakup was due to his immaturity. The post has been deleted since.
