All Samsung Galaxy S models were released from the month of March to May and the upcoming Galaxy S8 will most likely come out within the same time frame. According to the latest reports, the new handset will feature a dual-lens camera, which is expected to provide better image capture similar to that of DSLR cameras. Apparently, Samsung does not want to get left out as Apple is rumored to be bringing out a new and advanced camera technology on their new iPhone.

There are also speculations circulating all over the Internet saying that the next Samsung flagship device will carry a full UHD 4K display, which will surely raise the bar of the competition in the tight smartphone market. The 4K display technology will also give users a better virtual reality or VR experience.

Meanwhile, despite the lack of solid details coming from the South Korean tech giant with regard to its new device's development and release date, several tech observers have already predicted the smartphone's hardware specifications. According to the report, the Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge will be powered by a Snapdragon 830 processor from Qualcomm, which will be paired with 4 to 6 GB of RAM. There are also rumors suggesting that the new smartphone will come with a larger battery compared to its predecessor.

What's interesting is that the device is said to come with a USB-Type C support. If rumors prove to be true, the S8 and S8 Edge will be the first Samsung smartphones to come out with such feature.
