Samsung Galaxy tablet: Samsung Galaxy View 18.4 inches | Samsung Official

Samsung's main focus has been its flagship smartphone, which is the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Little did the fans know, Samsung has another plan in store for consumers. Rumors have been circulating for quite some time now with regard to the release of Samsung Galaxy Tab A; however, it seems like the rumors have already been confirmed.

According to a report by Sam Mobile, the latest Samsung tablet has already been announced by the Korean tech giant. The new gadget is already posted in their German website.

On its official website, users can now see the new Galaxy Tab A, and as expected, it is smaller than the original device. The company has also added some advance features to the tablet

Although Samsung's announcement was a bit quite compared to their latest release, tech freaks are certainly happy that their choices of finding a new device have been added with a new entry.

The new Galaxy Tab A also has quite impressive specs and features. The new device carries a Thin-Film Transistor or TFT display with resolution of 1280 x 800. The device is going to be light and should be easy to carry as it only measures at 186.9 mm x 108.8 mm x 8.7 mm with a weight of 283 grams.

The new product will be run on a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, along with 1.5 GB of RAM. Its internal storage might be a little disappointing with only 8 GB but the Galaxy Tab A has an expandable storage capacity of up to 200 via its microSD card slot. The device will also come with Android 5.1 Lollipop. It will also carry a 5-megapixel rear snapper and a 2-megapixel front shooter, along with a 4,000 mAh battery.

There are no pricing details from the company as of the moment, but with the tablet already listed on their website, other details will soon be posted.
