"The Sims 4: City Living" brings Sims in the big city. Finding their place there will be as great of a challenge as finding their space, but the downloadable content (DLC) has that covered.

The penthouse is the ultimate definition of city life. Electronic Arts describes them as "the perfect mix between apartments and residential lots."

"You get the incredible views and the fantastic city location, but also the flexibility of knocking out walls and building whatever you want at the top of your Sim's world," the studio stated.

Penthouses in "The Sims 4: City Living" also offer players to be as creative as expressive as they want. With the whole floor all to themselves, they can basically build anything from gardens to swimming pools to basketball courts.

However, it will be a step by step process to get to the top floor with an amazing penthouse. To be in San Myshuno, players will have to get an apartment first in "The Sims 4: City Living" and some can have a lot of issues from faulty wiring to leaky pipes and even ghosts.

Apartments come with traits that will help players find the perfect place for their Sims to live in. There are ones near good schools for Sims who are raising a family and there are apartments with a party place that will aid Sims who want to make friends.

There are also apartments that come with a home studio, a chef's kitchen or with a romantic aura catering to what the Sims wants to develop. There are also ones that provide challenges, such as filthy apartments.

"The Sims 4: City Living" allows these Lot Traits to carry over in the Build Mode, which means that they can add the same quirks from their old apartments to their penthouses or any lot even the ones located in Willow Creek or Oasis Springs.

As players progress and change the life of their Sims in "The Sims 4: City Living," they can move to apartments with more appropriate traits that will "enhance" their play.

Moving to new apartments also mean making new friends or enemies. When Sims develop the former, they can give them keys so they can freely go to the apartment and hang out.

"The Sims 4: City Living" will be released on Nov. 1.
