According to spoilers, Victor's trial will end and he will finally have his normal life back again, leaving behind the prison cell life. But while Victor will be celebrating his freedom, Phyllis will be fighting against it. She will head over to the court to convince everyone including the judge that Victor deserves to be behind bars.

Jack will try to stop Phyllis but the latter will take the stand to tell the judge how Victor ruined her life. She will even bring up the Marco tale but it will still not be enough to keep Victor in prison. Nikki will also testify as well as Jack and both of them will be testifying for Victor, telling the judge that Victor is better off outside jail.

Victor will also speak out to defend himself. He will tell everyone that he did not delight in putting Phyllis' life through suffering. He will also mention that prison life has changed him, but not everyone will believe his claim. Nonetheless, he's going to be set free with a warning that he is on probation for two years.

Phyllis will be in rage about Victor's release and she will be lashing out at Jack for it. Jack will try to calm her down but Phyllis is angry and she will be kicking her husband out of the room. She will try to find the comfort she needs with Billy though. She has already decided as well: she wants to leave Jack and be with Billy.

It's also revealed that Victor will be helping out Adam find Sage's journal so that he can stay out of prison. But Adam will find it ironic since it was Victor who put him in jail in the first place. Also, spoilers tease that Chloe is back and she will be crossing paths with Kevin again. Kevin will be surprised to see her and will even ask why she never contacted him. Chloe will admit that things have been long over between them.
