'Thor: Ragnarok' spoilers: Hulk will be integral part of film, will be 'Hulkier and bigger'

Although "Thor: Ragnarok" will be a solo adventure for the titular god of thunder played by Chris Hemsworth, fans can expect a huge presence of the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) in the upcoming Marvel film.

Ruffalo told Entertainment Tonight during the "Now You See Me 2" junket that the upcoming film is an "intergalactic buddy road movie with Banner and Thor. I think it will be smashing."

He added that in "Thor: Ragnarok," fans will "see more Hulk." He further teased that his character will be "Hulki-er and bigger," implying that Bruce Banner's alter ego will be more monstrous than ever before.

It is unclear if the actor is implying that Hulk will increase in size in "Thor: Ragnarok." His size is definitely a big factor in the comic book world, which is why the remark easily excited fans who read about the character in the comics.

Hulk and Thor are teaming up to beat a mysterious and powerful new villain going by the name Hela (Cate Blanchett). Comic book fans know that she is not someone to underestimate. She is not called the Death Queen for nothing.

"She plays the worst of the worst. So evil. She is going to kill us. It's such a great part she gets to play," Ruffalo said of Blanchett, whose "Thor: Ragnarok" stint marks her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In the comics, Hela has a magic cloak, which she uses to boost her powers. She also has a mask that covers up the decomposing part of her body. She will go after Thor and Hulk in "Thor: Ragnarok."

Joining Blanchett on her way to the MCU is Karl Urban, who was cast as Skurge, an enemy-turned-hero in the comics who helped save Thor's homeworld Asgard from being destroyed.

Speaking to IGN, the actor expressed his excitement to play the character. "The character is fantastic. He's got a great arc to him... I'm really thrilled to be a part of the Marvel universe and to be working on Thor: Ragnarok," Urban said.

"Thor: Ragnarok" will be in cinemas Nov. 3, 2017.
