'Dance Moms' season 7 premiere date, news & updates: Miller reportedly trying to convince Maddy Zeigler & Chloe Lukasiak to do a reunion episode
The last episode of Lifetime's reality TV series, "Dance Moms," showcased yet another set of drama as the Junior Elite team and Holly decides that they can't deal anymore further with Abby Lee Miller's inconsistent behavior.
Miller, on the other hand, is focused on the mini moms and her pending legal troubles. She also expressed that many of the moms don't understand that she does love their kids that's why she helped them become a star.
Now that season 6 is nearing the second part of its 31st episode, many viewers are speculating that the show might not be renewed anymore as many of the original cast left this season, and most are not planning to return.
New reports, however, claim that Miller is trying hard to convince two biggest alumni of the show, Chloe Lukasiak and Maddie Zeigler, to do even at least a reunion episode.
Zeigler and Lukasiak are the two most loved personalities of the show, and they are almost always pitted against each other — especially by fierce fans. Despite this, the two remained friends and in good sport.
Both, however, left the show to explore more career options for themselves. "Dance Moms" fans are still hoping that the two will do a special dance battle episode.
In addition, some rumors also suggest that Miller herself might not be a part of the show anymore. This is due to her pending charges for fraud in court, with a hearing scheduled on Jan. 2017. Since Miller is facing possible jail time, it is possible that the network might drop her from the show, or stop the show altogether.
Lifetime, on the other hand, did not issue an official statement on the matter yet, and no season 7 confirmation for "Dance Moms" is in sight.
"Dance Moms" airs new episodes on Monday, 9 p.m., in Lifetime UK.
