'Fairy Tail' chapter 510 spoilers: Larcade's mother will stop him from killing Kagura?

"Fairy Tail" chapter 510, titled "The Heart of Natsu," is expected to find Larcade Dragneel attempting to kill Kagura Mikazuchi using the Pleasure technique and his mother arriving just in time to save the strongest Mage of the Mermaid Heel Guild.

In the previous chapter of the popular manga, readers found out just how powerful the Spriggan 12 members Larcade, August and Irene Belserion are. In it, Larcade launched an assault on Kagura using blades of light. But because Kagura was quick and strong, she was able to dodge the light blades. In an impressive show of power, Kagura leveled her and Larcade's playing field by slicing the mountain Larcade was on.

Unforunately, Larcade later proved that his powers are superior by capturing Kagura with tentacles of light. Kagura tried to fend off this power, which may be a form of the Pleasure technique, by biting her tongue and inflicting pain on herself. She then used her sword to launch an attack on Larcade but, again, he managed to block her off with his bare hands. He was able to wound Kagura and, as she lay on the ground, the Shield of Spriggan taunted her and said that he will make her impending death as pleasant as possible. As the chapter ended, Larcade was getting ready to launch another Pleasure attack on Kagura.

While it appears that Larcade will soon succeed in killing Kagura, there is someone who can defeat him and save her life. In a previous chapter, August revealed that Larcade has one weakness: that he can be defeated by his mother, Mavis. Given this revelation, could Larcade's mother possibly show up in time to defend Kagura from her son?

Furthermore, "Fairy Tail" chapter 510 could find Mavis and Larcade either fighting or reconciling. If the latter occurs, Mavis could manage to save Larcade from the dark side and bring him back to the side of good. If she succeeds, sources suggest that Rahkeid will lend Fairy Tail a hand in their war against Zeref.

"Fairy Tail" chapter 510 is expected to be out sometime this week.
