Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck back together rumors: Ex-couple touring Italy with kids amid reconciliation reports
It has been a year since Hollywood A-list couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner made public their separation and plans to divorce. This year is also supposed to be their 11th year as a married couple had they not decided to part ways.
Since the announcement of their split, numerous speculations have surfaced telling different accounts of the story. There are some which claim an impending reconciliation after the cancelation of filing for divorce. There are others that say that Affleck and Garner are only maintaining a civil relationship in efforts to co-parent their children. Amid all these different takes on the status of their relationship, the couple have reportedly continued their tour with their kids in Europe and their latest stop is Italy.
Affleck was in London to film "Justice League" where his family joined him in, after which their spree around Europe started. The family was seen scrolling around the London streets before hopping later on to Paris. Their most recent trip was extended to Venice.
This family retreat and long stay in Europe sparked even more speculations leading people to believe that Affleck and Garner might be working on ironing things out between them and eventually getting back together. The rumor mill thinks that the couple might be resolving their marriage; after all, Garner still chose to be present to show support while Affleck was doing his movie. In addition, their divorce is still pending and even considerably long overdue.
"A lot of the damage in their relationship has been mended," a source told Us Weekly. "They're in a really good place," the insider added.
Neither party of Affleck nor Garner has released any official statements to clarify all the conflicting reports about them that have surfaced since their split.
Affleck and Garner were first introduced to each other in 2011 on the "Pearl Harbor" set, although their romantic relationship took off only two years later as they starred together in the Marvel movie "Daredevil."
