Three teams currently struggling are looking to make moves among themselves as the season continues.

The Miami Heat is one of these teams and at the moment, they find themselves second to the last in the Southeast Division with a 2-6 record.

In the Central Division, the Milwaukee Bucks are currently at 5-4 and despite a record over the .500 mark, more is expected of a team that already has a young core who worked together for a few seasons.

Finally, the Phoenix Suns are the third team involved in the trade talk and they are at the bottom of the Pacific Division with a 3-8 pip.

The rumor says that the Bucks are looking to let go of Greg Monroe and the Miami Heat look like a possible destination for "Moose" as Chris Bosh is already out of the Heat's plans.

Without Bosh, Miami are short on reliable players and with Monroe being the odd-man out of the Bucks, moving him over to South Beach may be a real welcome possibility.

In a separate report, it appears that the Bucks are also in talks with the Suns for a trade that would bring Jabari Parker to Arizona. If this were true, then Eric Bledsoe can make his way to Wisconsin as he is also the odd-man out, with Brandon Knight getting the more favourable playing time in Phoenix.

These three teams are supposedly ready to move around their players, all very talented and important to their respective squads. This may help all teams in the long run.

The Bucks can let go of Monroe and get a few players back. If they have Bledsoe, they can resume their fast-paced game that is something that Monroe is having difficulty adapting to.

Miami can get Monroe to pair up with Hassan Whiteside. which can result in a very dangerous partnership upfront.

Finally, the Suns can get a future star with Parker and let go of Bledsoe to end the conundrum surrounding the point guard spot.
