The upcoming "Once Upon A Time" season 6 will see some new faces in addition to familiar ones.

Aside from the previously scooped Scheherazade and Sinbad, Morpheus, the Greek god of dreams, will also be setting foot in the show's fictional seaside town of Storybrooke. According to TVLine, the character is described as "an old soul in a young body" whose knack for reading people is just as good as his ability to conceal his own agenda. The outlet noted that ABC is currently casting for the role.

Meanwhile, in an interview with TVLine, "Once Upon A Time" creator Adam Horowitz revealed that the show's sixth season will pick up right where it left off in the season 5 finale, just moments after Hyde (Sam Witwer) arrived in Storybrooke and greeted Regina (Lana Parrilla).

From there, season 6 will then tackle the Land of Untold Stories and the characters therein.

"What the Untold Stories characters are, what their whole deal is, is something we'll explore," Horowitz told the outlet.

According to the "Once Upon A Time" boss, the Land of Untold Stories will offer a setting from which the characters fans have come to know will be explored in more depth.

"The intent is that these new characters and new stories are really a reflection on what's going on inside of our characters," Horowitz told Entertainment Weekly. "With Lana and the Evil Queen, that's the starkest example, which we've already teased. We're literally going inside her and pulling her apart. There are elements of that that we're planning to do for each and everyone of the characters."

In addition, season 6 will also see Belle (Emilie de Ravin) and Rumple (Robert Carlyle) going off on an adventure together.

"Belle is with Rumple — she's in Pandora's Box, in the sleeping curse," series co-creator Eddy Kitsis told TVLine.

"Once Upon A Time" season 6 debuts Sunday, Sept. 25, on ABC.
