'2 Broke Girls' season 6 spoilers, plot news: Oleg to become a great father; Max and Randy break up for good?

CBS sitcom "2 Broke Girls" is not done yet as it will be returning to the small screen to move on with season 6.

The show had previously been rumored to be cancelled, but this rumor has since been debunked. According to reports, series main stars Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs will be back to reprise their role as Max Black and Caroline Channing, respectively. "2 Broke Girls" season 6 will also pick up from the events of season 5 finale.

As fans may remember, season 5 left off with Sophie Kachinsky (Jennifer Coolidge) and Oleg Golishevsky (Jonathan Kite) expecting a baby. The two have tried so hard to conceive and finally their time has come. It's still to be known though if the baby boy or girl will arrive in season 6.

But whenever the delivery may happen, Kite said that his character Oleg, who started out as a sex-crazed chef in the show, will turn into a great father someday.

"I think he'll be good, I mean I think he has a lot of love, and I think that's why he and Sophie work out so well," Kite said in an interview with Michigan Avenue magazine. "He's there to make Sophie happy. That's what he does and that's the love of his life and I think that's just an extension and now a new baby coming into the world and having the two of them do it."

He also shared that he is excited for the new chapter in his character's life and he believes the next season is going to be an awesome one.

Meanwhile, things for Max are a little shaky as she and boyfriend Randy (Ed Quinn) broke up in season 5 finale.

The two ended things after Max helped Caroline buy the diner that they have worked in for five years. Randy got upset for not consulting him first with such a major decision. Will the two separate for good or is there still a chance for them?

"2 Broke Girls" season 6 will premiere on Oct. 10 on CBS.
