The director of "The Ring" and "Pirates of the Caribbean" directed an all-new psychological thriller that will make viewers re-think of their state of sanity. Dane DeHaan, who played Harry Osborn in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," gets a dose of the cure for wellness.

"A Cure for Wellness" hits theaters this coming February, and it follows the story of a young executive named Lockhart — played by DeHaan — who will search for his boss, Pembroke, from what appears to be a hydrotherapy spa in the Swiss Alps. But DeHaan's character, while in search for the company CEO, will uncover the dark secrets of the wellness center.

Pembroke, the company CEO, disappeared a long time ago to study an unusual disease that is believed to be in every single person. While Lockhart is already on his way to the spa where Pembroke is, he breaks his legs in a car accident that will force him to be admitted in the institute where everyone is longing for the cure to the mysterious illness.

The film resembles Leonardo DiCaprio's "Shutter Island" because of Lockhart's entrapment in the suspicious institute.

The synopsis of the film reads: "An ambitious young executive is sent to retrieve his company's CEO from an idyllic but mysterious 'wellness center' at a remote location in the Swiss Alps. He soon suspects that the spa's miraculous treatments are not what they seem. When he begins to unravel its terrifying secrets, his sanity is tested, as he finds himself diagnosed with the same curious illness that keeps all the guests here longing for the cure."

Joining DeHaan in "A Cure for Wellness" is "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" star Jason Isaacs as the doctor who manages the mysterious facility, and "Everest" star Mia Goth as a young woman residing in the spa.

Directed by Verbinski, with a screenplay by Justin Haythe, "A Cure for Wellness" premieres on Friday, Feb. 17.
