Android 7.0 Nougat release date for 'HTC 10' news update: OS coming this month or early December, according to source

People in Europe have been expecting their own HTC 10 to be finally rolled out with the latest Android 7.0 Nougat. News emerged that the mobile OS will finally hit the device next month, as posted by a reliable source.

According to the latest rumor, HTC 10 will receive the anticipated Android Nougat 7.0 in December of this year since a reliable source took it to Twitter to reveal the time frame. The source only identified as @LlabTooFeR posted that the OS will come to HTC 10 either at the end of the month or early in December.

However, it is already mid-November and no announcement has been announced by HTC yet. HTC 10 users are hoping that they would finally get hold of Android Nougat 7.0 in December.

Fans were a bit surprised by the late rollout of Android Nougat 7.0 on HTC 10, considering the fact that the Google handsets are manufactured by HTC. It was previously confirmed that the Nexus devices will receive the Android 7.1.1 version, and Google's own Pixel lines are on the verge of receiving the latest update as well.

And since Android Nougat 7.0 is not made solely for HTC, other smartphone brands have already released their own Android update. HTC has yet to announce when they will get Android 7.0 Nougat for their HTC users, opting the users to rely on the Twitter leak.

Android 7.0 Nougat has a lot of new features that have added a certain hype to the Android community. One of which is the new emojis that provide the users a chance to use two or more languages simultaneously. Currently, there are 1,500 emojis used by Android users and 77 are added to the Nougat.

Other features include multi-tasking options as users can use different apps at the same time. For instance, they can access their Twitter account while watching a video on YouTube.

HTC 10 users may have to wait a little longer for the Android Nougat 7.0 to arrive, but the wait may all be worth it.
