Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt news: A-list couple to part ways due to Jolie's lifestyle and Pitt's infidelity?

Rumors about actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt being on the verge of divorcing have been going around for quite some time and so are the speculated reasons behind the alleged impending separation. Pitt's infidelity, Jolie's personal struggles and their prioritization of careers have been cited rather repeatedly as causes which are to blame for the couple's marriage reportedly being up the creek.

A source allegedly told OK! Magazine (via The Hollywood Life) that the famous couple have been having "explosive fights" that neither is certain if they should keep holding on to save their relationship. Among the reasons leading to these fights is Jolie's alleged deteriorating lifestyle that includes erratic eating habits, smoking and excessive drinking.

The insider added that Pitt is supposedly tired of spending so much energy trying to make his wife change and take care of herself for her betterment and that it is difficult for him to watch the woman that he loves waste away.

On the other hand, a few months ago another insider reportedly told The Hollywood Life that Jolie has some "serious dark demons" from which the actress has never been entirely free and are still affecting her life and her marriage with Pitt. The insider was quoted saying: "Her wild lifestyle when she was younger and her intense surgeries to avoid getting breast and ovarian cancer have taken a toll on her as a person and a life partner... Some of her issues force her to retreat into isolation and pull away from Brad and the kids. It is impossible to be entirely free from who she once was."

Meanwhile, Life & Style magazine wrote that Jolie is jealous and suspicious about Pitt's relationship with his "Allied" co-actors Marion Cotillard and Lizzy Caplan, as reported by International Business Times. Jolie allegedly feels "betrayed" because of her husband's supposed "closeness" with the two actresses. The magazine claims that Jolie is "furious" over how Pitt "gushes over" his co-stars even to the extent of allegedly throwing him out of their room when he was talking about them.

However, Gossip Cop is quick and steadfast to deny the previous reports' claims, clarifying that Jolie does not feel betrayed.
