After dating actresses Shailene Woodley and Sarah Hyland for five months, "Insurgent" star Ansel Elgort has committed back into a relationship with his ex-girlfriend Violetta Komyshan.

In an interview for the March issue of Details magazine, Elgort admitted that he traded his bachelor title back with Komyshan, saying single life wasn't really suited for him.

"I was doing okay, but I knew something was missing, and I was like: 'Oh, that's love,'" Elgort said, according to Mstar News.

The 20-year-old actor and the ballerina broke up in August last year. They had started dating since they met at the LaGuardia High School, which specializes in teaching visual and performing arts, the Daily Mail reported.

Elgort stirred up rumors that he was dating his "The Fault in Our Stars" and "Divergent" co-star Shailene Woodley as well as "Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland.

Last year, he showed up at Hyland's birthday party, which was attended by her celebrity friends Taylor Swift and Ellie Goulding.

In the photos for that event, Hyland was seen giving a hug to Elgort, which actually started their dating rumors.

Elgort became one of Hollywood's rising young stars following his break-out roles in "The Fault In Our Stars" and the "Divergent" saga. Those stints eventually led to him appearing on a six-page glossy spread in GQ's July 2014 issue.

He starred opposite Woodley in "The Fault in Our Stars," a movie based on John Green's novel, before playing his brother in Veronica Roth's "Divergent," a young-adult dystopian novel-based trilogy.

Elgort was also named as Teen's choice drama movie actor and break-out movie star for his work in "The Fault In Our Stars."

The rising teen star will be back on the big screen on March 20 with the release of "Insurgent," the sequel to "Divergent."

He previously starred in the "Carrie" remake and has been cast as pianist Harvey Lavan Cliburn in the upcoming biopic "Van Cliburn."

Despite his huge breaks last year, it seems that Elgort is trying to stay as grounded as possible, saying he doesn't want his hard-earned money drive his career.

"I want to buy a house now, so I can have my place and not worry about money," he said, according to E! News.

"I don't want money to ever drive my career. I want my career to be driven by what I want to do in art," he added.
