Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe release date, specs news 2016: Features revealed despite unconfirmed launch date yet

Asus has confirmed the ZenFone 3 at the recently concluded Zenvolution event. According to the company, the highly anticipated device will come out in three variants. Although the Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and electronics company has yet to provide specific information with regard to its release date, many fans are already eager to know the specs and features of Asus' flagship smartphone.

In a report by The Bitbag, the ZenFone 3 has been making a lot of buzz amongst tech freaks because of its high-end specifications and impressive features for a cheaper price compared to other major makers in the market today. There are even fans and industry observers who are saying that the Asus flagship smartphone could end up as the most popular handset in 2016.

According to the publication, all variants of the upcoming Zenfone model will arrive with a full-metal casing. It will also carry a whopping 8 MP selfie camera and a dual-SIM feature.

All three models of the ZenFone 3 will each have different specs. The base model is said to run on a Snapdragon 625 processor from Qualcomm, along with 3 GB of RAM. It will also have 32 GB of internal storage capacity and equipped with a massive 5.5-inch full-HD Super IPS LCD screen. The display system will have a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection.

Meanwhile, the Deluxe edition of the Asus Zenfone 3 will run on a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor from Qualcomm. It will carry an impressive 23 MP rear camera with OIS and dual-LED flash. It will sport a larger screen compared to the base unit at 5.7-inches. The display system of the device will have Super AMOLED technology with FHD 1080p screen resolution.

The Ultra Edition of the Zenfone 3 is the largest smartphone among the three variants at 6.8 inches. It will run on Snapdragon 652 chipset from Qualcomm and carries a 4600-mAh battery.

According to NDTV, all three devices will be priced according to their variant from $250 to $500.
