A new trailer was released for "Bates Motel," and it previews Norma's (Vera Farmiga) new room in their basement. Meanwhile, Romero (Nestor Carbonell) wants revenge on Norman (Freddie Highmore) for killing his wife.

The fifth and final season of "Bates Motel" will come to A&E in only a few weeks, and based on the new trailer, it will preview that Norman has redecorated the basement and adjusted the temperature to keep Norma's lifeless body there.

Season 5 will start off almost two years since Norman dug up Norma's body from the grave, and he will then be living a normal life in the eyes of his peers.

The synopsis posted on Slashfilm reads, "Publicly, he's a happy and well-adjusted member of the White Pine Bay community, but at home Norman struggles; his violent blackouts continue to increase as 'Mother' threatens to take over his mind completely."

Meanwhile, Sheriff Romero will be looking for revenge. "A vengeful Alex Romero, who is currently incarcerated for a perjury, hungers for a chance to destroy his stepson and avenge the murder of his on true love, Norma Bates."

Executive producer Kerry Ehrin shared with Yahoo! that Romero will have a great arc in "Bates Motel" season 5. "We had the toughest guy in the world take his shell off and then get sucker punched when he lost Norma. He's going to have a very extreme reaction to this, and what he feels he needs to do about it," Ehrin explained.

The showrunner also teased that Dylan (Max Thieriot) and Emma (Olivia Cooke) will be returning to White Pine Bay after trying to live healthy by keeping their distance from Norman and Norma.

However, it seems that Dylan will get news of what's happened to Norma, and the two will be forced to go back and find answers.

"Bates Motel" season 5 premieres on Monday, Feb. 20, at 10 p.m. ET on A&E.
