'Batman vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice' Release Date, Cast News: First Trailer Expected at 'Mad Max: Fury Road' Premiere in May
The trailer for the upcoming "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice" movie will reportedly have its first screening during the showing of "Mad Max: Fury Road" which premieres on May 13.
Aside from this, little information has come out on the much-hyped film from Warner Bros. which is scheduled for release in May 2016.
There was a huge anticipation just before the release of "Jupiter Ascending" in February that the trailer for "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice" would debut along with it, but the film came and went without any sign of the trailer. The absence of a theatrical trailer has puzzled fans considering that the movie already wrapped up its principal production last year.
When the trailer of the movie did not show up during the Super Bowl, fans of the Batman film franchise turned next to the upcoming film "Mad Max: Fury Road" directed by George Miller, hoping that this time, the trailer would finally have its first release after the screening of the feature film. Whenever the trailer is finally release, it will be a major event for fans waiting to judge how Ben Affleck performs as Batman.
Last month, attention turned to the cast of the film, with rumors circulating that Jason Momoa playing the part of Aquaman will play a minor role in the movie. However, until now there has been no official confirmation of his role.
As for the rest of the cast, other characters from the Justice League could pop up. There are also rumors that the Joker played by Jared Leto will also make an appearance towards the end of the movie to serve as a connection to future Batman or Justice League films.
