Ben Seewald Says Tim Tebow Would Be 'Great Addition' to Duggar Family

Rumors continue to circulate about a possible courtship between Jana Duggar and Tim Tebow as a Duggar family member recently suggested he would love the former NFL quarterback to be a part of their family.

Although 25-year-old Jana and 27-year-old Tebow have confirmed that they have never met, let alone been dating, one male member of the Duggar family has expressed his enthusiasm at having the NFL SEC analyst join the family.

"He'd be a great addition to the family," Ben Seewald, who is married to another Duggar, Jessa, recently joked to People magazine.

Seewald jokingly added that having Tebow in the family would come in handy during family football games, telling People magazine: "I'd definitely have him on my team."

"We'd win every time," Seewald added.

Both Jana and Tebow have previously dismissed dating rumors, with a spokesperson for Tebow's camp confirming that the two had never even met each other when the rumors first started circulating late last year.

Jana's cousin, Amy Duggar, also addressed the rumors on Instagram, uploading a photo of a magazine that suggested Jana and Tebow were dating with the caption: "Looks like the tabloids are at it again!"

"Jana and I laughed so hard about this," Amy added, saying the two have "never even met Tim Tebow."

The Duggar family has previously been connected to Tebow's mother, Pam Tebow, for her work in the pro-life advocacy area. Jim Bob Duggar, patriarch of the reality show clan, previously discussed meeting Pam Duggar at a pro-life event in Arkansas in a social media post.
