Blizzard Entertainment has finally revealed the second character for "Overwatch." Fans have been waiting to see what the gaming company has prepared for the team-based multiplayer first-person shooter video game and finally it's here.

As detailed in The Verge, the new character is named Sombra, who is described to be a hacker and a member of the Los Muertos gang of Mexico. To bring up the hype among fans, Blizzard released an animated short featuring the new character. It also showed how Sombra is connected to the villainous Talon organization and how she works alongside characters Reaper and Widowmaker.

It's also detailed that in terms of gameplay, Sombra focuses on offense and possesses stealthy hacking abilities. She can temporarily disable enemies and health packs. She can also user her Thermoptic Camo power which shortly allows her to clock. Aside from that, she has a Translocator power that lets her teleport from one place to another through a thrown beacon. But her Ultimate is EMP, which puts out any enemy shield abilities surrounding the character.

Blizzard also revealed a new desert map called Oasis. Moreover, the developers also released a new Arcade gameplay mode which features 1v1 and 3v3 game types.

In other news, there have been reports going around saying that "Blizzard" is adding an LGBT character.

When asked about the issue, game artist Rachel Day explained her thoughts about it. She said in an interview with Kotaku that they are aiming to develop a very diverse game.

"We're looking globally, we're looking for all different kinds of people, different body types, all of that," Day said. "Maybe we're not telling any romantic stories at the moment, but it's a possibility for the future for sure. I don't think that we'd want to exclude anybody from that kind of interaction," she explained further.

Lead hero designer Geoff Goodman also divulged in the same interview that there is an LGBT character in the game but there haven't been any official announcements yet. Watch out for more updates on "Overwatch."
