'Clash of Clans' August 2016 update release date news: Available soon
The popularity of the mobile game "Clash of Clans" has definitely made many fans clamoring for updates every month. According to the latest reports, game developer Supercell is said to be getting ready to roll out an update this month for the freemium mobile MMO strategy video game.
The August update will feature several exciting add-ons to the game including major upgrades for levels 1 to 10, sleep mode, arranged wars and many more achievements to be unlocked.
According to a report by Game N Guide, levels 1 to 10 players will finally get to experience some amazing features that were previously only accessible for Town Halls 11 and up. This new update may give low rank players the chance to upgrade some units to its maximum level and bring them to battle. It is a good way to make the game more exciting for lower level players, especially because upgrades beyond Town Hall level 10 is pretty expensive and time consuming.
The publication also mentioned the addition of the new "Friendly Challenges" feature, which include a live Level 8 Giant and Arch Tower in Level 14.
In a report by Product Reviews, Supercell is said to have heard several feedback from fans who were requesting for more game achievements, Clan Castles' sleep mode and arranged battles. According to reports, these features will be available once the company starts rolling out the update.
The last major update Supercell has made for "Clash of Clans" happened in May this year. The game introduced new units for combat including baby dragon, miner and a group of skeletons.
As of the moment, the game developer has yet to provide concrete details with regard to the specifics of the roll out date. However, there are reports suggesting that the August update will be available by the end of the month.
"Clash of Clans" is available for both Android and iOS devices.
