'Clash of Clans' Winter 2016 update: Town Hall 11 attack demo revealed

After teasing about the upcoming "Clash of Clans" Winter 2016 update on the game's official website, game developer Supercell released an update stream to reveal the contents of the upcoming holiday release.

In the update stream posted on YouTube, the game developer dropped the inclusions of the upcoming Winter Update.

One of the things that were discussed during the steaming event is the X-Mas Update Friendly War, in which all players will play on a full Town Hall level 11 village. This 5v5 Friendly War will have no special rules for armies or spells.

According to the Winter Update 2016 release notes that were posted by the game developer online, the new Town Hall 11 attack levels will contain the Barbarian King levels 41 up to 45, the Archer Queen levels 41–45, the Clan Castle level 7 that is considered as a critical attack boost by contributing Spells such as Freeze and Rage, the Golem level 6, the Hog Rider level 7, as well as the Poison Spell level 5.

The game developer also revealed that the Poison Spell radius in the new Town Hall 11 increased a little since it will need lesser pixel-perfect accuracy. The Witch damage and the hitpoints are also increased.

The update stream also mentioned how players can succeed in the upcoming Winter Update 2016. According to Stemcell, players need to keep tab of their friends as well as their enemies:

"Players from Reddit Omega and Dark Looters would normally play against each other in Clan Wars, but since this is the holiday season, they created mixed clans: Reddit Reindeer and Dark Elves!"

There will also be a new Events button that teases that the in-game special events will soon become a regular feature. Other Clashmas gifts are also expected to be released, but the game developer has yet to reveal the details about the gifts at the moment.
