Amy Duggar, one of the members of the Duggar family from TLC's "19 Kids and Counting," recently announced via social media that she and her boyfriend Dillon King are engaged.

Amy, who is the niece of reality show stars Jim Bob and Michelle, took to Instagram to share that she and her beau are officially engaged.

Social media photos show that King led Duggar to a candlelit area of a forest where he proposed and the two drank champagne.

"I'm so happy to announce ... WE ARE ENGAGED!!!! He loves the Lord, he makes me laugh uncontrollably, he's loyal, he's patient, he's my best friend! Of course I said yes!! l love you so much! @kingdillpickle #DillandDuggsforever," Amy captioned an Instagram photo showing her holding King's hand, with her engagement ring as the center of the photo.

King also took to Instagram to share his excitement, writing "Well everyone.... WE ARE ENGAGED!!!! @amyduggar I asked you to be my fiancee not just because I love you right now. I got down on one knee because you are the only woman I have and will truly love forever.!!! Xoxo."

As People magazine reports, Amy was the subject of a TLC special entitled "A Duggar Leaves Home," in which the cousin is described as "a little louder, a little wilder" than some of her relatives.

Amy has previously told Radar Online that she's "the free spirit of the family. I'm not being rebellious; I love my family. I just have to be true to myself."
