Eighth Planned Parenthood Video Shows StemExpress Exec Discussing Need for '50 Livers Per Week'

The eighth video to be released by the Center for Medical Progress activist group purportedly shows a biomedical company executive discussing the shipment of fully intact fetuses.

In the recently-released undercover video, Cate Dyer, CEO of StemExpress, a biomedical company that worked with Planned Parenthood, suggests that her company would frequently ship intact fetuses whole for research.

"I mean if you have intact cases, which we've done a lot, we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety," she says in the undercover video shot by the Center for Medical Progress.

According to CNN, StemExpress has subsequently released a statement arguing that Dyer's comments were taken out of context.

"CMP's accusations that this conversation somehow refers to 'intact fetuses,' which were never mentioned at any point during the entirety of the illegally recorded conversation, are false," the biomedical company said in its statement. "StemExpress has never requested, received or provided to a researcher an 'intact fetus.' CMP and (organization head David) Daleiden's claims to the contrary are unequivocally false."

In the video, Dyer also says there is a large demand for fetal body parts, adding that she's seen a demand for "50 livers per week."

Dyer adds that she believes Planned Parenthood executives are on board with procuring fetal tissue for scientific research, saying: "Everyone at [Planned Parenthood], the affiliates — I just think you're either in the cause or you're not. And if you're not in the cause, they don't need you around."
