'Flip or Flop' latest news: Tarek El Moussa spotted with new woman amid divorce proceedings

"Flip or Flop" star and real estate agent Tarek El Moussa was spotted last Thursday night, Feb. 2, with a new woman, weeks after he filed for divorce from his estranged wife and co-star Christina.

According to E! News, Tarek went out to dinner with a mystery blonde woman in Newport Beach, California. A source of the media outlet has revealed that the "Flip or Flop" star was at the gym a few hours earlier before he arrived at the restaurant at around 7:30 p.m., alighting from his Lamborghini with the woman.

Tarek reportedly looked comfortable and was laughing with the unidentified woman while they waited at the valet. They left the restaurant at around 9:15 p.m., and Tarek was even spotted opening the door for the girl before driving off together.

As reported by Hollywood Life, it was only recently that Christina was photographed with her new man, Gary Anderson. The couple went on an hour-long stroll together in Yorba Linda, California with their arms linked together.

"They had big smiles," an eyewitness told In Touch Weekly about the pair's stroll together in the sun. "You could see the spark is there," the source went on to say.

The eyewitness also added that "They seemed so relaxed and comfortable together — totally in sync. Christina looked adoringly at him. She was beaming!"

It can be recalled that Christina and Tarek announced their split in December last year. The couple was already secretly separated for eight months before news of their separation reached the public, and they had already been seeing other people.

In January, Tarek filed for divorce from Christina while also requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two children. Nevertheless, Tarek and Christina have reportedly continued to support and respect each other, contrary to some negative rumors that have been surfacing about the estranged married couple.

Tarek previously released a statement to E! News against these negative rumors, saying, "No matter the lies, innuendo, salacious gossip and 'fake news' that is thrown at me from irresponsible media outlets via anonymous sources, I will keep my focus on what matters most which is co-parenting our children and working hard on our businesses."
