Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) is on her way to Westeros, and she might be bringing an army of dragons to win the battle for the Iron Throne. Meanwhile, Sansa (Sophie Turner) will be a powerful force in "Game of Thrones" season 7.
Previously in "Game of Thrones," Daenerys has set sail to Westeros in pushing forward to claim her right to the Iron Throne. There are speculations that she will be forming new alliances in getting ready for a war with the Lannisters, and it's possible that she will have an army of dragons on her command.
At the Malta India Fan Con 2016 last November, Alfie Allen — who plays Theon Greyjoy — shared a few but intriguing details about what's coming in "Game of Thrones" season 7.
When asked about season 7, Allen responded, "More torture... more dragons," Mashable reports. This leads to speculations that Daenerys' dragons will breed more of its kind and that they might be a part of the Mother of Dragons' army in Westeros.
Meanwhile, Turner shared with Entertainment Weekly what's in store for Sansa in "Game of Thrones" season 7.
"She's seemingly in control for the first time – and it really suits her. She's kind of having a bit of a power trip. But she's also becoming more insecure, because there are threats to the power that she holds," Turner shared.
"It's really exciting and all feels like it's coming to a big conclusion," the actress added.
In an interview with Gold Derby, Turner shared how Sansa turned out to be the smart and powerful force that she is now in the show.
"Sansa is who she is because of the people she's been around like Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen), Margaery (Natalie Dormer) and Cersei (Lena Headey). That's how she learned to manipulate, and that's how she learned to play the game," Turner explained.
She also shared that she watches Headey and Dormer's performances of their characters to determine how they influenced Sansa and projects them on her character because according to Turner, Sansa was molded by the people around her while she was growing up.
"Game of Thrones" season 7 will premiere in 2017 on HBO.
