As previously reported, alliances will be made in season 7, as soon as Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and her army arrives in Westeros. One big clash expected to happen next season will reportedly be a scene at the Dragonpit, where Daenerys houses her dragons. Watchers on the Wall teased a list of names that will be included in the massive scene.
So far, 17 characters have been confirmed by the fan site, which includes Cersei Lannister, Jaime Lannister, Qyburn, Gregor Clegane, Bronn of the Blackwater, Euron Greyjoy, Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister, Jorah Mormont, Missandei, Varys, Theon Greyjoy, Jon Snow, Ser Davos Seaworth, Brienne of Tarth, Podrick Payne and Sandor Clegane.
The scene will be filmed in Italica, an ancient Roman city in Sevilla, Spain.
Author and neuroscientist David Eagleman recently stopped by the set at Itzurun beach, where Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) and Clarke are expected to share a scene. Eagleman snapped a few photos with showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, and another with Clarke in full costume.
In Eagleman's photo with Clarke, viewers were treated to a clear and close-up view of The Mother of Dragons' wardrobe for season 6. Along with the photo, Eagleman tweeted, "Last week I spent two days on the Game of Thrones film set in Spain. Quick pic: the smart & talented Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen)."
"Game of Thrones" season 7 is slated to premiere in the summer of 2017.
