'General Hospital' spoilers: Jax and Carly get intimate; Alexis gets into trouble

"General Hospital" spoilers for the week of Nov. 21st suggest that things will be packed with emotion. Thanksgiving is coming up fast and the residents of Port Charles are preparing already despite the recent death of Morgan (Bryan Craig).

As detailed in spoilers, the Corinthos family is gearing up for the festivity. But Carly (Laura Wright) is busy with something else. She has been leaning on Jax (Ingo Rademacher) since the death of Morgan but it seems like the two are going to reach a different level of comforting.

Celeb Dirty Laundry revealed that before Jax leaves town, he will be spending some time with Carly and the two will get intimate. They will have a make-out session, apparently suggesting that she is done with Sonny (Maurice Benard). She can no longer see herself with him after what he did to Morgan.

But will Jax and Carly stay together for long? It's said that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will be snooping around and will catch them kissing. There's a possibility that Nelle will spread the news about them. Nelle is also going to make Kiki's (Hayley Erin) life miserable by making her feel guilty about Morgan's death. She will constantly remind her about it and Kiki will continue to feel bad.

She will be spending some time with Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) though and the two will get closer. While Carly spends time with Jax, Sonny will be spending the holiday with Laura (Genie Francis). Since Laura can relate to Sonny, they will be each other's company.

Spoilers also suggest that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will get into trouble. She will host a Thanksgiving dinner but things will not end well when she will run over someone on the road and it's none other than her ex-husband Julian (William DeVry). Will Alexis go to prison for the accident?
