The first page of the script for the highly anticipated "Gilmore Girls" revival by Netflix was recently released. The new series is titled "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life."

In "Winter," the first chapter of the four-part miniseries, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) waits for her daughter Rory (Alexis Bledel) on the steps of a gazebo with two huge cups of take-out coffee in her hands. Rory, who is said to have just come from the airport, arrives, and the fast-talking mother and daughter engage in the rapid-fire verbal exchange that "Gilmore Girls" fans have been missing for years.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Bledel admitted that she read the first three scripts for "A Year in the Life" in one sitting and that they took her right back to Stars Hollow, the fictional town in "Gilmore Girls," which ran from 2000 to 2007, was set in.

"It was so easy to just jump back in and get to work," the actress said. "Which is lucky — because I had to the next day," she quipped.

"I didn't read the last episode for the longest time because I was scared," Graham told the outlet. "I loved how everything was teed up in the first three and I, carrying the burden of everybody in my mind, was like, 'Oh God, what's going to happen?'" she added.

But fans need not fear as Graham also revealed that she found the ending of the reboot "deeply satisfying."

In another interview with EW, Graham spoke about how the relationship between Lorelai and Rory has always been the focal point of "Gilmore Girls," despite both having been in romantic relationships with various men over the course of the series.

"The show is sneakily feminist in that it's always been great for them to have love, but they're also okay when they don't," the actress said.

"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" drops on Friday, Nov. 25, at Netflix.
