'GTA 5' DLC updates: Shotaro bike now available via new Deadline Adversary mode

The long wait for the sought after Nagasaki Shotaro has finally come to an end. Developer Rockstar Games has officially made the classic Tron Bike available to "Grand Theft Auto 5."

The studio announced the coveted "GTA 5" Online addition on Rockstar Newswire along with the rollout of Deadline, a brand new Adversary mode where the bike will be unlockable. The post reads:

"Turn the streets of Los Santos into a stylish electronic videogame battle to the death with the latest update to GTA Online. Achieve hyper speed on the futuristic Nagasaki Shotaro and demolish foes with the power of your light trail in the new Adversary Mode, Deadline."

Rockstar promises an "out of this world" driving experience with the Nagasaki Shotaro, thanks to its energy enough to keep the lights on the whole Los Santos and its design likened to "an auto show concept vehicle."

"GTA 5" players can unlock the Shotaro first in the new Deadline Adversary Mode, which in turn can be purchased at the Legendary Motorsport.

To complete the experience, players can score a Nagasaki Logo Tee for free when they purchase the Tron Bike. There will also be a Deadline Outfit available on any clothing store.

With regards to the new "GTA 5" Adversary mode, Deadline will see four players go toe to toe on their respective Shotaro bikes (different color for each player), forcing each other to go off track.

The Shotaro will emit a temporary light trail as players ride through the arena and should make sure not to touch this trail unless they want "instant explosion."

"Make calculated movements to force opponents to cross your trail's path and take advantage of strategic power-ups for a competitive edge," Rockstar advises.

"Use Boost to speed ahead and cut off your opponents, slow down time with Zoned for precision movement, or leap your opponent's light trail with Hop," the studio added.

"GTA 5" players who try it now until Nov. 21 can earn Double GTA$ and Reputation Points (RP). In addition, they can also try the Over the Bridge Stunt Race up to the said date.
