'GTA V' Biker DLC release date news: Latest update coming
The highly anticipated new downloadable content (DLC) of "Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V" is rumored to arrive within the coming days. If the latest rumors are anything to go by, the August update of "GTA V" will happen this week. Specifically, the next update is going to roll out this Thursday, along with the latest content drop for the game.
There has been no official confirmation from Rockstar Games regarding the scheduled release of the online gaming mode DLC of "GTA V" called Biker, but a recent source code leak may have spilled their plans ahead of release.
iDigital Times reported that the next expansion pack for "GTA Online" is going to be released in the coming days. Since the last two weeks of July, speculations have emerged that the Biker DLC will be up sometime in the first or second week of August. Fortunately, the source code leaks obtained by the online publication suggest that the next "GTA Online" DLC will happen soon.
The new game modes are reported to be mostly VIP or Boss missions, as well as a fresh location for the gamers. Source codes such as gb_biker_bad_deal, gb_biker_initiation, gb_biker_joust, gb_biker_rescue_contact and gb_vehicle_export were revealed, as well as m_mp_personal_mod_garage, which is possibly a new kind of garage in the game. If this pans out, it will be the sixth property that the "GTA Online" players can own in the game.
The previous "GTA V" DLC pack was released back in June, and it offered the players more ways to achieve victory in their every mission. Specifically, the latest update for "GTA Online" is the Adversary Mode Power Play, enabling a boost in the special ability of the players and their allies using special sets of techniques and abilities to complete their quests, Express UK reported.
"GTA V" remains to be one of Rockstar Games most played titles. It has sold millions of copies worldwide. It is also among the most popular open world, action-adventure shooter video games that exist today, and one can only expect that its game developer would continue to add new contents to the game. The first DLC pack for "GTA V" was released back in September 2013 called "Beach Bum."
