Following the latest "Biker" DLC for the online mode of "Grand Theft Auto V," there are rumors that Rockstar Games is planning a series of DLC releases in the coming years. It is speculated that the next DLC pack for "GTA V" will arrive in the coming months, adding new game modes and additional map locations.

Recent data mines for "GTA V: Online" reveal that Rockstar may be adding two new game modes in the near future. To note, Rockstar just released a new Adversary game mode called "Lost vs. Damned" from the recent "Halloween" DLC expansion. This mode features the groups of Devils and Angels as they battle each other in the city. "Lost vs. Damned" features a unique night and day cycle, switching every 60 seconds. Game bonuses for the Angel players include buffed up armor, health, and weapon load-outs, while the same bonuses can also be obtained by the Devils but only through the night.

As Express UK reported, the present "Lost vs. Damned" game mode may have some easter eggs hinting on the next game mode to be released by Rockstar. It is rumored that the next game mode for "GTA V" is called "Kill Quota," and it is expected to become available as early as December this year.

Aside from "Kill Quota," data miners also learned of a second game mode arriving in the coming months, which is called the "Deadline." There are no initial reports yet regarding the kind of game mode or the contents of "Deadline," but it is speculated to be among the next new contents for "GTA V" that the players should look forward to.

Meanwhile, there have been rumors circulating online about the new cities that will be introduced by the upcoming content packs next year. According to Yibada, a new DLC storyline for the online mode of "Grand Theft Auto V" will be released in the early part of 2017. This particular DLC pack will include new game contents and annex new map locations to the game's currently existing main map. It is rumored that Rockstar is planning a series of DLC expansion in the future that may last even beyond the year 2020.

The rumored new map locations or cities that will be included in the future content packs for "GTA V: Online" are San Fierro, Las Venturas, Vice City and Liberty CityTo recall, the Liberty City was already featured as the main map of "Grand Theft Auto 3," "Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories" and "Grand Theft Auto 4. The fictional city is based on the real-world New York City. On the other hand, the Vice City has already been featured in previous "GTA" installments such as "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" and "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories." Vice City is the counterpart of Miami, Flordia.

The other two map extensions for "Grand Theft Auto V" are San Fierro and Las Venturas. These two were already featured as extensions of San Andreas in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas," being the game's versions of San Francisco and Las Vegas.

It does not seem likely that the rumored map expansions for "GTA V" will also be applied to the game's main story mode, as they will only be featured in the online mode.
