'How to Get Away With Murder' season 3 finale spoilers: New angle on D.A.'s case catches Annalise off guard
The person who killed Wes (Alfred Enoch) will finally be revealed on the upcoming two-part finale of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 3.
Titled "He Made A Terrible Mistake," the finale's first hour will explore a new angle on Wes' death. According to the official synopsis, Annalise (Viola Davis) attempts to ward off an unexpected new angle in the D.A.'s case. Critical information regarding the circumstances around Wes' death will be revealed, leading to a shift in alliances amongst the Keating 4.
The second part is titled "Wes," and the hour will push everyone to their limits. As new information surfaces, Annalise and the Keating 4 test the limits of how far they are willing to go in order to save themselves. Later in the episode, chilling details from the night of the fire will unveil who really killed Wes.
Cast member Charlie Weber recently caught up with The Hollywood Reporter, and he shared details about this week's double-dose of gripping drama. The actor said fans should watch it in real time because spoilers are expected to "spread fast."
"It's been a long, hard road for a lot of the characters but certainly for Frank and for me," Weber said. "It's been really lovely and rewarding and we're going to get some closure on a lot of things but also raise some new questions. I would suggest watching it live because it's going to spread fast, all the stuff that happens," he added.
Episode 13 showed what happened to Wes' body after his death. The ADA was responsible for moving the body, which was cremated while the Keating 4 continue to search for pieces of evidence. The final moments of the hour shocked viewers with a scene featuring Connor (Jack Falahee) giving Wes a CPR during the night of the fire.
The finale of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 3 airs on Thursday, Feb. 23, at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
