'Insurgent' Release Date, Cast News: Scenes Have to Be Reshot As Woodley-James Romance Waxes

Several scenes in "Insurgent" were reportedly reshot just last month as the next instalment in the "Divergent" film series approaches its release date of March 20, 2015.

Entertainmentwise says the reshoots do not necessarily spell trouble as many studios order reshoots after screening the film for a test audience. The scenes that were reshot reportedly featured people with "military training, athletes and policemen." There was also a casting call for "males and females with brightly colored hair, and people with facial piercings," which indicated that the reshoots involved people from the Dauntless faction.

Since the reshoots in December, there has been a flurry of rumors about the lead actors in the film -- Shailene Woodley, who plays Tris Prior, and Theo James, who plays Tobias "Four" Eaton -- with several websites disclosing that the pair appeared to be dating in real life.

While rumors of them dating are not surprising, they remain speculations at this time since both of them are apparently still involved in relationships with other people. However, this hasn't stopped the Internet and fans of the young adult film series from linking the two stars.

After the latest trailer showed a passionate love scene featuring Tris and Four, fans took to social media sites and went about linking Woodley and James.

During last month's reshoots, rumors of the budding romance were also widely reported on Twitter, where photos of them on set were circulated. Fans poured through them looking for details about their romance.

With Woodley and James due to start promoting "Divergent" soon, the pair may find it difficult to keep their alleged romance in secret, if indeed there is such romance between them.
