Apple has only just unveiled the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus smartphones earlier this month, but there is nothing to stop the tech enthusiasts to speculate as early as now regarding the company's next handset model. While the iPhone 7 boasts several ground-breaking features, the still unannounced iPhone 8 is expected to top them all off. Just in time for the iPhone's tenth year anniversary in 2017, one can expect that the iPhone 8 will cause quite a stir upon its release.

By just estimating the date of release based on the pattern of Apple in unveiling the new iPhone model, it is expected that the iPhone 8 will be released sometime in September next year. According to Tech Radar, the launching will happen in the early weeks of September, with the market release happing at the middle of the month.

It is also rumored that the iPhone 8 will have three different variants upon its release. The first iPhone 8 version will have the AMOLED feature, while the other two variants will be the same as a standard iPhone model. The OLED iPhone 8 model will be the high-tier variant, sporting a special dual curve display. The OLED screen will also allow fingerprint scanning via Touch ID. On the other hand, the other two standard iPhone 8 units will receive the regular flat screen display.

Meanwhile, according to the Master Herald, Apple will be trying to change the appearance of the iPhone 8, giving it an all-glass body and possibly an edge-to-edge display. The iPhoe 8 might also be the first iPhone to get rid of the Home button and other bezels.

Moreover, the iPhone 8 will also be following the iPhone 7's camera feature. It is expected to sport an enhanced dual lens camera for better imaging and video capturing performance, but this time around, the dual lens feature might only be exclusive for the higher iPhone 8 variants.
