The Islamic State has released a document warning American Muslims not to participate in the U.S. elections and threatened to "slaughter" those who plan to vote.

The document titled "The Murtadd Vote" explained that those who participate in the democratic process are acting against Allah and the Muslim brotherhood, The Christian Post reported.

"We denounce your democratic kufr. Enmity and animosity have forever emerged between us and you until you disbelieve in 'the people' and believe in Allah alone. Indeed, we have come to slaughter you and smash your ballot boxes," the terror group declared.

ISIS criticized western Muslims who allied themselves with both Republican and Democratic presidents in the last 16 years. It pointed out that former President George W. Bush had broken his promise not to intervene in Somalia and to stop sending out troops around the world to participate in nation-building missions.

The terror group reminded its supporters that U.S. President Barack Obama also worked against the interests of Muslims by supporting Israel and interfering in Libya. It also noted that Obama continued the drone strikes initiated by Bush as well as the proxy wars in Yemen, Afghanistan and Somalia.

ISIS warned that both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will be no different from the past presidents.

"The only differences between Trump and Clinton are that Clinton is more skilled in 'political correctness,' giving her leverage in the sorcery of hypocrisy, that she is a female feminist – and the Prophet said, 'Never shall a people who give their leadership to a woman be successful' (Reported by al-Bukhari from Abu Bakrah) — and that Trump is impulsive and unpredictable," ISIS remarked.

According to MEMRI, the videos and documents by ISIS are being being distributed by its new media arm, Al Hayat Media Center, which was established in May 2014. It specifically targets non-Arabic speakers by distributing its audio and video in several languages via numerous channels.

The media outfit is believed to be an initiative of Abu Talha Al Almani, a former German rapper known as Deso Dogg, who fought with ISIS in Syria.
