'iZombie' season 3 air date, plot spoilers: New hangout place exclusively for zombies? Will Liv frequent it?
If the latest spoiler for "iZombie" season 3 is to be believed, it looks like the zombies of Seattle will have a new place to chill in. Is this where the good and bad zombies relax as they prepare for the impending zombie apocalypse?
That remains to be seen when "iZombie" season 3 returns to the small screens midseason of 2017. However, despite very few details being given about the show's third installment, the cast and executive producer Rob Thomas have previously teased that Liv (Rose McIver) and her friends will try to see what Vivian Stoll's (Andrea Savage) Fillmore Graves is all about.
According to reports, Fillmore Graves is Vivian's own version of a military operation consisting of zombies. This could be the reason why season 3 will see a notable increase in zombie count. Moreover, in an effort to hide the truth behind Fillmore Graves, Vivian will put up a bar that caters to the zombie crowd.
The zombie-exclusive pub will be called The Scratching Post where zombies get all the hot sauce, brains, and other zombie treats served to them. Entertainment Weekly posted a concept art for the bar. It certainly looks like an awesome place for zombies to mingle with each other.
However, will this pub promote unity among zombies as Vivian tries to fulfill her dream of turning Seattle into the world's zombie capital? Or will it prove to be the catalyst for the impending zombie apocalypse? Moreover, will Liv support Vivian or will she advise other zombies not to patronize the new pub?
McIver dished during July's San Diego Comic-Con that Liv doesn't know much about the new bunch of zombies in Seattle. Liv is a zombie, but she has human friends. Hence, "iZombie" season 3 might see Liv in a quandary as she decides whether she's on Team Humans or Team Zombie.
"iZombie" season 3 will have 13 episodes, and it is set to premiere midseason 2017 on The CW. In the meantime, keep coming back for more updates about the series.
