John Mayer & Demi Lovato dating?
Demi Lovato may have just gotten out of a six-year relationship but it seems like she has already moved on. Rumor has it that the 24-year-old "Heart Attack" singer is dating singer-songwriter John Mayer.
According to reports, the two famous singers were spotted together getting cozy while having dinner. They were seen in West Hollywood at the new seafood and cocktail restaurant, Catch L.A. Though they arrived separately at the venue, their closeness inside easily sparked speculations.
Us Weekly detailed that the two were not overly romantic but those who have seen them claimed that it's visible that they seemed to hit it off so well. Mayer allegedly had his arm around Lovato and was whispering "sweet nothings" into her ear.
"She was into it. They weren't making out or anything, but she was giggling the whole time," an eyewitness told the publication.
Another source also said that the two had a non-stop chat for over an hour and Mayer complimented Lovato saying she has "one of the greatest voices" in the industry. Looks like they really have something in common and lots of things to talk about. But could the two really be romantically involved with each other?
A couple of sources said that Lovato and Mayer weren't even sharing the same table when they got in the diner. Entertainment Online reported that they were in separate groups and Lovato only joined Mayer's table where he was sitting together with "Fuller House" star Bob Saget.
The Disney alum and "Your Body is a Wonderland" singer also previously worked together on a collaboration in 2009. They co-wrote the song "World of Chances" for Lovato's album "Here We Go Again." This could actually be the explanation behind why Lovato and Mayer are very close with each other. But during that time, they were never romantically linked.
It's possible that two are just really good friends who bumped into each other and had some catching up time over dinner. But then again, anything can happen in Hollywood so a potential romance between them is still in the running.
