Kate Middleton Shows Off Small Baby Bump on Public Outing
The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has recently been photographed with a growing baby bump after announcing over the summer that she is expecting her second child with Prince William.
While visiting a SportsAid workshop in London on Wednesday to meet Olympic hopefuls, Middleton was photographed wearing a dark, belted coat and showing an evidently growing baby bump.
The royal reportedly visited the GSK Human Performance Lab while at the SportsAid workshop. The lab supplies Olympic hopefuls with different challenges to improve their athleticism. Middleton reportedly participated in a computerized hand-eye coordination test, reportedly telling photographers and others that the test is "something you can do when you're pregnant!"
Multiple media outlets indicate that Middleton appears to be on the mend after suffering a serious and long bout with acute morning sickness. The royal was reportedly bed-ridden for several weeks before finally making a recovery in October. Middleton was then well enough to take a baby-moon vacation with husband William and their first son, Prince George.
"William wanted to take Kate away for a break after her [rough past couple of months]," a family friend told Us Weekly. "They both love the outdoors and the weather isn't too cold yet, so it's the perfect time to take a trip."
"It's great that George is now at an age where he can travel," the source added.
Middleton gave birth to her first son, George, in summer 2013. During her first pregnancy, the British royal also suffered severely from acute morning sickness.
