Nobody knows for sure which path DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" will take when it returns for its second season, but one thing is sure. The premiere episode now has a title, and no less than one of the show's stars shared it on Twitter.

According to Caity Lotz' post on Twitter, season two's premiere episode will be titled "Out of Time." Dermott Downs will be manning the helm of that episode, with the story written by Greg Berlanti and Chris Fedak. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim and Phil Klemmer took care of the teleplay. Filming for the said episode is expected between July 18-28.

Meanwhile, Guggenheim also took to Twitter to tease fans of the show about a new cast member.

The photo shows Brandon Routh, Victor Garber, Franzeh Drameh, and Lotz. However, there is a pixilated man at the foreground sitting next to Dominic Purcell, possibly a new character whom Bleeding Cool News said could be season 2's villain.

Some fans speculated that the unknown man could be Patrick J. Adams who appeared on the season one finale as Rex Tyler/Hourman. It would be recalled that he travelled back in time to warn Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) and the Legends team about an impending doom. However, Adams is currently seen on USA's "Suits," thereby debunking that theory.

With Adams taken off the list of possible actors, the mysterious man, if not season 2's villain, could be a new addition to Rip's team, which is why Guggenheim opted to keep his identity a secret.

Still, some fans are hoping that the pixilated man is Tyler Hoechlin ("Supergirl's Clark Kent/Superman) or Matt Ryan ("Arrow's John Constantine). With Hoechlin recently joining Arrowverse and Ryan already a part of it, either one's appearance on "Legends of Tomorrow" won't be surprising.

"Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 premieres on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
