The competition among tech companies is getting tighter these days, especially since more companies are taking the limelight for their innovative gadgets. Apple's MacBook has been long expected to come out with high-end specs, but according to tech analysts, the company has not been keeping enthusiasts impressed with its products.

Apple has not been giving a great impression ever since the iPhone 4 came out, according to Auto World News. And based on the reviews of the iPhone 7, the Cupertino-based tech giant may be heading to a downfall. MacBook 2016 previously received complaints about its battery life and lack of memory space.

Good thing, there is still hope with the anticipated iPhone 8 and MacBook 2017 lines, which may boost Apple's declining popularity, Business Insider reported.

One of the most-anticipated specs of MacBook 2017 is its rumored Kaby Lake processor, Intel's new product that will significantly boost the performance of any gadget. If this rumor would be true, then MacBook 2017 may be one of the most-sought-after brands in the high-end market.

It has already been predicted by KGI securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo that the new Intel chipset will be the perfect platform for professional videographers and the gamers. It has a VP9 decode and a HEVC 10-bit decode aptitude to accommodate 4K ultra high-definition videos.

As for the MacBook 2016, tech analysts say that the new model with a Touch Bar has increased the demand for the product. It is expected that the model without the Touch Bar will be offered cheaper. It is highly possible that the device will be the replacement of the 13-inch MacBook Air.

Several reports claim that Apple is expected to ship around 15 million laptops in 2017, which is 10 percent more than that in 2016. It is said that the current model is the reason why there has been an increased interest in MacBooks. Furthermore, the upcoming MacBook is expected to convince the market to upgrade their current models.
